Fittings, deposit & timing
Your price usually includes two to three fittings. We recommend starting your alterations around eight to twelve weeks before the wedding, so there is time to get everything right without rushing.
A £50 deposit is taken at your first fitting before work begins, with the balance due on collection. Please bring your gown on a hanger in a full-length garment bag.
A rush service may be available if your wedding is less than six weeks away; a surcharge applies depending on how close the date is. Please ask and we will do our best to help.
Wedding and occasion gowns vary enormously, so these are from prices — beading, delicate fabrics and removing then replacing detail all add to the work. We will always give you a clear quote at your first fitting before any work starts.
